What goes into a quote
Five things set the price.
- How many trailers.
- Which sensors each trailer gets: water tank, power, temperature, camera, gas.
- Whether the trailer gets cellular.
- Whether we fit the hub during a new build or onto trailers already out working.
- Where the trailers sit.
Cellular carries a data plan, and the plan is part of the quote. Phone alerts, alert history and the office dashboard need it. A trailer without cellular keeps its horn, lights and status screen, which run on the trailer itself. Cellular connectivity covers what the connection needs and what an external antenna does on a weak-signal site.
What every setup has
Each trailer gets one hub, and every sensor and add-on you pick plugs into it. Sensors plug into the same hub later without replacing anything, so a trailer quoted this year with tank sensors can take a temperature sensor or a camera next year.
The status screen by the door, the horn and the lights are picked items like any sensor. When fitted, they run on the trailer with no cell signal, so a crew on a site with no coverage still sees a full tank or a lost mains.
Two example setups
These are examples, not kits.
A washroom trailer often gets a hub, 2 tank sensors for fresh and waste, power monitoring with battery backup, a status screen and a horn-and-light relay. That setup runs on the trailer with no connection, and cellular is optional. Most fleets start here on their washroom trailers and add cellular to the units far from the office.
A remote site that needs watching after hours gets a camera with night vision, a hub, a cellular data plan and app access with alert history, on 120 V mains or 12/24 V solar and battery. Tank and power sensors can be added at any time.

Common questions
Why don't you list prices?
No two quotes list the same parts. Three washroom trailers with tank sensors and no cellular share almost nothing with 20 remote units carrying cameras and data plans, and a list price would fit neither. The quote you get names each trailer, its hub and its sensors, and comes back the same day.
Is there a monthly cost?
Cellular carries a data plan. If you want phone alerts, history and the dashboard, that plan is part of your quote. A trailer without cellular runs its status screen, horn and lights on the trailer with no connection, so many fleets put cellular only on the units nobody passes during the week.
Can I start with one trailer?
Yes. Each trailer gets its own hub, so one trailer is a complete setup. When you add a second, it joins the same app and dashboard, and the alarm rules you set once apply to it as well. Sensors plug into either hub later without replacing anything.
